1. Digital service
Buyzo is an online service. Nothing is physically shipped to you.
2. Delivery of your purchase
After successful payment, your login details are sent to your email within 15 minutes. You can start setting up your shop right away; most shops can go live within 15 minutes of starting setup.
3. Didn’t receive your login?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it hasn’t arrived within 1 hour, email sales@buyzo.app or WhatsApp +91 7305971904 with your Razorpay payment ID and we’ll resolve it within 1 working day.
4. Add-ons
Add-ons are activated on your account immediately after payment. The Done-for-you setup add-on is completed within 3 working days of receiving your products, photos and details.
5. Products sold on seller shops
Shipping and delivery of products bought from a seller’s shop are handled by that seller, as described on their shop.
