1. Who we are

Dr Hemapriya Ecommerce Academy operates Buyzo (buyzo.app). Our registered address is 28A, F03 Sriniketan Apartment, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, S S Colony, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625016, India. Contact us at sales@buyzo.app or +91 7305971904.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data, and how you can exercise your rights under applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Data we collect from sellers

We collect your name, email, phone number, business name, shop details, UPI ID, purchase records, shop content and photos, and information about how you use Buyzo.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details, net-banking credentials or UPI PIN.

3. Data on seller shops

When shoppers place orders, the seller receives their name, phone number, address and order details. Buyzo stores this information on the seller’s behalf so the seller can manage orders. Each seller can see only their own customers.

Payment screenshots are stored privately and are visible only to the seller for that order.

4. Why we use it

We use personal data to create and run your shop, process your purchase, provide support, send service messages, prevent fraud and improve Buyzo. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to run Buyzo and understand how it is used.

We plan to use the Meta Pixel on buyzo.app to measure our advertising; it is not currently enabled. Seller shops do not include our Meta Pixel.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help run Buyzo: hosting and database providers, Razorpay for payments, email providers, and AI providers for features you choose to use. We never sell personal data.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. Payment screenshots and customer data are kept private.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as required by law. Archived shops are kept so they can be restored, unless you ask us to delete them. Where the law requires us to keep particular records, we retain those records for the required period.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing sales@buyzo.app. We respond within 30 days.
