Acceptable Use Policy

1. You must not sell or list:

• Anything illegal to sell in India, or that requires a licence you do not hold
• Counterfeit, replica, pirated or stolen goods, or goods that infringe trademarks, copyright or designs
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks without licence, and their parts
• Drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, prescription medicines, and unlicensed medical devices
• Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes and vapes
• Products with medical, cure or guaranteed-result claims that are false or not permitted by law
• Adult or sexually explicit products or content
• Hazardous chemicals, poisons and banned substances
• Wildlife, animal parts, ivory and products banned under wildlife laws
• Human remains or organs
• Gambling, betting, lottery, cryptocurrency or investment schemes
• Government IDs, documents, personal data or data lists
• Hacking tools, malware, or services that break other systems
• Goods requiring age checks unless you comply with all applicable laws

2. You must not publish content that:

• Belongs to someone else and you have no right to use, or infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right
• Is obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to children
• Is defamatory, hateful, or promotes enmity between groups based on religion, caste, race, language or region
• Insults or harasses anyone on the basis of gender
• Is false or misleading, including fake reviews, fake discounts, fake urgency, or knowingly false information, or misleads people about where it came from
• Impersonates another person, brand or business
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries, or public order
• Contains viruses or harmful code
• Breaks any law in force

3. Fair dealing with your customers.

Show true prices including all charges, honour your stated delivery, return and exchange terms, and never collect payment without intending to deliver.

4. Platform misuse.

Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer Buyzo, create shops to mislead or defraud, or use Buyzo to send spam.

5. What we do.

If we find or are told about content that breaks this policy, we may remove it, hide the shop, suspend or terminate the account, and report it to authorities where required. We will act on valid court or government orders within the time required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Removed content and related records are kept for 180 days (or longer if a court or authority requires) for investigation. No refund is due for suspension or termination for breach.

6. Report a shop.

Anyone can report a shop using the "Report this shop" link in every shop footer or through our Grievance Redressal page.
