1. About these terms

Buyzo (buyzo.app) is operated by Dr Hemapriya Ecommerce Academy, 28A, F03 SRINIKETHAN APARTMENT, PILLAIYAR KOVIL STREET, S S colony, Madurai -625016, Tamil Nadu, India. By buying or using Buyzo, you agree to these terms. Contact us at sales@buyzo.app or +91 7305971904.

2. What Buyzo is

Buyzo is an online tool that lets sellers create a shop website at buyzo.app/your-shop, receive orders on WhatsApp and accept payments directly from their customers by UPI or cash on delivery.

3. Your account

Accounts are created only after payment. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. Keep your login details safe. Each purchase gives you one account, and you are responsible for activity on that account.

4. Plans and payment

You make a one-time payment for the plan and any add-ons you choose. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. If you upgrade your plan, you pay the difference in price.

5. “Lifetime” access and fair use

Your shop stays live for as long as Buyzo operates. “Lifetime” means the life of the Buyzo service, not your lifetime or ours.

Your access includes the product, AI and quiz limits of your plan and fair use of storage and traffic for a small business. If your shop’s usage is far above normal small-business use, we will contact you first to discuss options.

If Buyzo ever shuts down, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email and help you export your products and customer list.

6. Inactive shops

If a shop has no login or activity for 6 months, we may archive it after emailing you reminders. Archived shops are kept and can be restored free of charge on request.

7. Your shop and your sales

You are the seller of everything in your shop. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, stock, delivery, returns, exchanges, customer service and taxes, including GST where applicable. You must follow all applicable laws.

Payments from your customers go directly to you. Buyzo is not a party to those sales and never holds your money.

8. Payment screenshot checker

The payment screenshot checker only reads what a customer’s screenshot shows and flags mismatches. It does not confirm that money was received. Always check your bank or UPI app before confirming an order or shipping. Buyzo is not responsible for orders shipped without payment.

9. Acceptable use

Do not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, adult or otherwise prohibited items. Do not make misleading claims, publish content that infringes other people’s rights, or attempt to misuse or overload the service. We may suspend or remove shops that break these rules.

10. Your content and AI features

You own your content and photos. You give us permission to host and display them to run your shop. AI-written text and AI images are suggestions; check them before publishing.

11. Support

We help with account problems and technical issues by email and WhatsApp during our business hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm IST. Personal shop setup and design help is available through the paid Done-for-you setup add-on.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep Buyzo running smoothly, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Buyzo. We are not liable for lost sales, profits, data, or disputes between you and your customers.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and email you about important changes.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
